i’m not really one for leaving reviews and honestly wanted to speak to the manager because how outstanding this girls service was... please forgive me i cannot remember her name i want to say Kyler and she had a blue flower claw clip! stood out from all the rest of the staff, so beyond bubbly and polite and couldn’t do enough for us!!!
Went here with my little boy today for some lunch, not been to Nandos for ages so a little treat for us! The lady who served us was super lovely and was asking the tables how they were doing periodically and checking if we needed anything else. She also offered to fill my cup for me so that I did not need to leave my little boy on his own (or wrestle him over to the drinks machine!). She gave my son some crayons and a colouring sheet too although I think he preferred to throw the crayons on the chair

Excellent portions. Even compared to other Nandos. Food cooked perfectly. Friendly staff who seemed rushed off their feet but still maintained their possitive attitude.

My wife and I are pensioners and decided to try Nandos Braehead for the first time. We were greeted by a young waitress who guided us to a booth and explained the procedure of ordering as we have not got the phone app, she informed us that was not a problem and told us we could order at the till she explained the menu making us feel very comfortable. Jenna was very professional and friendly, nothing seemed to much trouble. In my opinion Jenna is an asset to Nandos.
